Who is ProPhone?

ProPhone is a 50 year old, National, Award Winning Call Center. The variety of services and options we offer are able to satisfy anyones need and / or financial capabilities. All TeamMembers are required to sign confidentiality agreements and are fingerprinted due to the requirements of some of our clients.

WHY use ProPhone?

Speed of equipment and operators leads to efficient messaging.  ProPhone has an in-house Digital Switch and advanced Digital Network Technology (ISDN-PRI). In addition, we use a custom 163-key Keyboard which decreases operator keystrokes (again increasing speed and efficiency).

Training at ProPhone is an on-going process. We stress the importance of knowing our accounts. With an advanced "call distribution unit" (CDU) we control which operators receive calls depending on an operators level of expertise and specialty. In addition, our staff is trained on Customer Service, Professionalism, Voice Inflections, Handling Irate or Upset Callers and Call Center Techniques that lead to Success. We train all TeamMembers in the little known arts of Call Control and Conversation Control.

Flexibility is a key to our service. The Staff and Management at ProPhone is dedicated to creating a strong, successful relationship with our clients and their callers. Our options are numerous. Our services, personalized.

The Equipment we use has infinite capabilities and digital technology. The manufacturer (who we have worked with and trust since the early 70's) is known as the leader in the Telephone Answering / Messaging / Call Center Industry. They have been named the "Call Center Product of the Year" by Call Center Expo quite a few years in a row.

 

HOW do I connect with ProPhone?

Call Forwarding is provided by your local phone company. It requires manually forwarding and un-forwarding any/all lines on a daily basis.

Call Forward Busy / No Answer (alternate call forwarding):Also provided by the local phone company (Telco). This service is programmed at the Telco’s Central Office (CO) and does not require anyone at your facility to turn service on or off. With this service, if all lines are busy, instead of receiving a busy signal the next caller would be forwarded to us - your "overflow" service. Or, if no one at your location answered by the 3rd (variable) ring, the caller would be forwarded to ProPhone.

The majority of our clients now use Call Forward Busy/No Answer so they do not need to worry about being connected to us during power failures, staff meetings, or after hours if someone forgets to forward the phone.

Line Use allows someone to use one of our numbers without any increased Telco costs. ProPhone assigns a number that may be advertised in any form needed.

 

WHAT can ProPhone do for your company?

From the simplest voice mail box to ER dispatch to a complete Help Desk (decision tree) utilizing either your or our software; Order Entry with Credit Card Processing and Fulfillment;Overflow; Appointment setting; Class Registrations, etc. ProPhone is a CanDO!
