Call Center Services

Answer/Transfer: Let us be your remote receptionist and/or Voice Mail system. Callers can be routed to your office, our operators, or voice mail. Follow ME: You can now have One Number Follow Me. You and your callers only have to know one number. Through the use of any telephone, you can direct your callers to the number you are at (cell phone, home, office, pager, etc) Perfect Answer: First Ring Perfect Answer allows callers to know they have reached the correct number. It can also be a great sales tool to inform your callers of specials, events, new products or services.
	Controller: By pressing preprogrammed digits on your telephone keypad, you control your current status (ie. on pager, on cell phone, at hospita, in office, off call) ANI: We will now be receiving automatic number identification on most calls on your account. Message Email: You can have your messages emailed to your computer or palm pilot.
FAX on Demand: By pressing a preprogrammed on your telephone you can automatically have your faxes delivered when you want them. Web Link: Your web site visitors can click on a button and connect with our operators. Great for ordering products, technical support, customer service, or any other call center application. Digital Technology: All services are fully digital. With our digital switch and lines from the telephone company in the form of ISDN PRI, you will experience greater speed, clarity, and clean transmission.

Voice Mail Services and Features

Live Operator: Let your callers have the option of speaking to an operator. They will never again feel stuck in Voice Mail Jail!
Urgent Indicator: Your callers can mark your messages as urgent.
Paging: Your voice mail can page you every x number of minutes until you retrieve your messages. Especially useful with urgent indicator.

WakeUP! Have trouble waking up to an alarm clock? Let the phone wake you up instead.
Send/Copy: You can send or copy messages to other people in your voice mail group.
Busy/No Answer: If you haven't answered your line by a specified number of rings, callers can be directed to your voice box, to your receptionist or to our operators.
ANI: We receive automatic number identification from most callers. We can run special reports for you -- great for real estate "walk through tours", sales inquiries, mailing lists, etc.

Paging Services and Features

Personal Greeting: Your pager can have a greeting letting your callers know they have reached the right number and telling them what to do (speak or enter digits)

Alpha Transcription: Low fee service for AlphaNumeric Paging -- allows anyone anywhere to page you without having to have a computer or alpha terminal.
